The purpose of this tender from the Amsterdam Transport Region is to conclude a Framework Agreement with a party for legal advisory and attorney services by means of a European tendering procedure.

The engagement covers legal advice, legal representation and knowledge transfer in various areas of law (as shown below). This means that a party can be engaged with regard to:

- legal advice on issues requiring specific knowledge or if there is insufficient internal capacity to answer questions,

- legal advice on a matter where there are indications or risks that legal proceedings will be initiated,

- legal advice in preparation for legal proceedings,

- legal representation by a lawyer.
