The subject of the contract is the sale and delivery of swivel chairs without assembly and stationary chairs of stools and footrests for organizational units of Poczta Polska S.A.
1. The subject of the order is the sale and delivery of swivel chairs without assembly and stationary chairs, stools and footrests (hereinafter: assortment) for organizational units of Poczta Polska S.A., in the quantities and types specified in the material and price form constituting Annex No. 1a to SWZ/ Annex No. 1 to the contract, to the places indicated in the list of payers and places of delivery constituting Annex No. 2 to the contract.
2. The Contractor declares that the delivered assortment is made in accordance with PN EN 1335-1/2004, PN EN 1335 – 2/2002, PN EN 1335 – 3/2002.
3. The Contractor is obliged to submit, at each request of the Ordering Party, an ergonomic assessment protocol for the assortment of the strength certificate with documentation identifying the product (photo and dimensions) and a fabric non-flammability resistance certificate issued by the national certification body.
4. Detailed rules for the implementation of the subject of the contract are specified in the model contract constituting Annexes No. 3 to the SWZ.
5. The Ordering Party shall not permit the possibility of submitting partial tenders.
6. The Ordering Party does not envisage conducting an electronic auction.
7. The Contracting Authority does not provide for convening a meeting of Contractors.
