The gwg Wuppertal has to replace the smoke detectors installed in the existing building at regular intervals.
For this purpose, it is particularly important to commission a reliable and competent service provider who carries out all necessary deliveries and services on the basis of a jointly agreed basis/planning.

The objective is an economically efficient organization and processing of deliveries and services while at the same time having the least possible impact on the tenants of gwg Wuppertal. The details of the scope of services can be found in the specifications and the framework agreement.
It is intended to provide the supplies and services for the management of smoke detectors, broken down into partial services/lump sums:
-Partial service 1) Service fee for delivery, replacement/assembly, rental of smoke detectors
-Partial service 2) Service fee annual functional test
-Partial service 3) Allowance service fee function test
-Partial performance 4) Lump sum for repair/replacement
to a provider. The prices per partial service are to be calculated and stated as lump sums per residential unit or per smoke detector (see LV) for a total quantity of around 5,600 units and for object-by-object furnishing of residential buildings when carrying out all assembly and service work within the framework of collection dates.
