The subject of the contract is the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the area of the Rozprza commune in 2023. As part of the contract, the Contractor is obliged to: 1) collect and dispose of, directly from the owners of inhabited real estate, mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01); 2) collection and management, directly from the owners of inhabited real estate, of separately collected waste, i.e.: a) paper and cardboard waste, packaging waste from paper and cardboard (code: 20 01 01, 15 01 01), b) plastic waste, including plastic packaging waste, and multi-material packaging waste, metal waste, including packaging waste from metals (code: 20 01 39, 15 01 02, 15 01 05, 20 01 40, 15 01 04), (c) glass waste, including glass packaging waste (20 01 02, 15 01 07), (d) biodegradable waste - bio-waste (code: 20 02 01, 20 01 08);

The subject of the contract is a service consisting in the collection and management of municipal waste from real estate inhabited in the area of the Rozprza commune. Estimated amount of municipal waste: 1) mixed (non-segregated and remaining after segregation) in the amount of 1130.56 Mg; 2) segregated in the amount of 693.49 Mg, including: a) glass in the amount of 268.88 Mg; (b) plastics, multi-material packaging, metal packaging in the amount of 249,88 Mg; (c) paper in the amount of 98,08 Mg; d) biodegradable waste in the amount of 76.65 Mg. The Contractor will transfer mixed municipal waste and residues from municipal waste sorting collected directly from property owners to the Municipal Installation entered on the list of municipal installations run by the competent marshal. The Contractor is obliged to indicate in the offer: - installations for mechanical-biological treatment of mixed municipal waste and separation from mixed municipal waste fractions suitable entirely for recovery, - installation for the storage of waste generated in the process of mechanical-biological treatment of unsegregated (mixed) municipal waste and residues from municipal waste sorting, to which it will transfer municipal waste collected from property owners. Municipal waste collected selectively The Contractor is obliged to transfer to the waste recovery and disposal installation in accordance with the waste hierarchy referred to in Article 17 of the Waste Act of 14 December 2012.
