Background to the procurement
FI currently has a procured agreement that expires in October 2023. The agreement has been used with all extension possibilities and we are therefore procuring the service again.
Scope of procurement
The procurement includes a benefit portal for at least 630 employees at FI. The benefits portal will handle receipts for, for example, wellness allowances, medicines, healthcare and more.
The purpose of the procurement is to sign an agreement with a supplier who can meet FI's need for a benefit portal for employees. FI wants to be an attractive employer offering its employees a wider range of benefits at the same time as there is reduced administration for managers and the HR staff.

The purpose of the procurement is to sign an agreement with a supplier who can meet FI's need for a benefit portal for employees. FI wants to be an attractive employer offering its employees a wider range of benefits at the same time as there is reduced administration for managers and the HR staff.
Estimated volume and ceiling price/volume
The value of the procurement is estimated at approximately SEK 375,000 per year, which is based on previous use of the service. FI cannot guarantee any volume for the service and the estimate should therefore only be seen as information. The actual volume can thus be both lower and higher. The agreement has a ceiling volume of SEK 2,000,000 for four (4) years of contract period.
Term
The agreement is valid from preliminary 2023-10-10 and two years ahead. FI may, on otherwise unchanged terms, extend the framework agreement by a maximum of one (1) year on two occasions. The duration of the framework agreement is thus a maximum of 4 years.
FI shall, no later than two (2) months before the end of the contract period, notify in writing whether an extension of the agreement will be used. If an extension of the agreement is not requested, the agreement will expire.

All times are preliminary and subject to change due to events that cannot be predicted. FI will apply a 10-day contract block after the award decision. The agreement becomes valid only after both parties have signed it.
