The subject of the Order is:

1) Maintaining cleanliness in the city, including: sweeping squares, roads and pedestrian routes and maintenance

cleanliness on communal properties.

2) Export and disposal of permanent impurities from streets, sidewalks and squares within the city.

3) Maintenance of green spaces within the City and Municipality.

The subject of the Order is:

1) maintaining cleanliness in the city, including: sweeping squares, roads and pedestrian routes and maintaining cleanliness on municipal properties, including:

a) spring mechanical sweeping of streets after the winter season – removal of sand

and impurities remaining after winter with the help of a self-propelled sprinkler-sweeper – 35.0 km;

b) spring sweeping of pavements after the winter period – removal of sand and impurities remaining after winter – 9,310 m2;

c) daily cleaning of sidewalks in the City – works started every day from 6.00 a.m. area of 9.310 m2;

d) removal of sand and impurities from streets in the City – carried out on an ongoing basis

if necessary by means of a mechanical self-propelled watering machine-sweeper-35,0 km;

e) autumn mechanical sweeping of streets before the winter season – removal of sand

and impurities with the help of a self-propelled sprinkler-sweeper - 35.00 km;

f) maintaining the cleanliness of municipal real estate of 15,782 m2 (according to the list constituting Annex 1)

- sweeping the area of municipal real estate approx. 10,856 m2,

- sweeping of sidewalks adjacent to municipal properties 4,926 m2,

- keeping clean and tidy places around waste containers in the above-mentioned areas

- maintenance of waste containers in the above-mentioned areas in an appropriate sanitary, orderly and technical condition,

g) performing other cleaning works aimed at maintaining cleanliness

and order in the city.

2) Removal and disposal of solid waste from streets, sidewalks and squares in the city.

a) export of waste collected during the cleaning of streets and squares – waste with the code

"20 03 03 Waste from streets and squares" must be disposed of to appropriate installations (landfill with permits for the storage of this waste, etc.):

- approximate amount of waste from streets and squares collected in a year – about 500 tons;

b) equipping the areas of road lanes within the city and other areas of the Warka commune with containers for waste collection (garbage bins);

c) removal of waste from containers located in the areas of the above-mentioned road lanes

within the city and in other areas of the Warka Municipality;

d) transport of the collected waste with the code "20 03 01 mixed municipal waste" to the appropriate municipal installation,

- the approximate amount of waste from the bins collected during the year – about 1 500 tons;

e) keeping the places around the trash cans clean and tidy;

f) maintenance of garbage cans in an appropriate sanitary and orderly condition

and technical;

g) collection of waste collected after collection as part of actions organized by the Municipality of Warka – e.g. "Cleaning the world".

3) Maintenance of greenery in green areas in the City and Commune.

a) annual plantings of flowers in the City:

- plantings of spring flowers (pansies, etc.) – types of flowers agreed with the City Hall: the number of spring flowers to be planted – about 6,000 pieces;

- plantings of basic types of flowers (begonias, etc.) – types and colors of flowers agreed with the City Hall:

- the number of basic types of flowers to be planted – about 5 500 pieces;

- planting chrysanthemums before the Feast of the Dead (the number of chrysanthemums to be planted – about 500 pieces).

b) annual plantings of trees and shrubs in road lanes in the City:

- the types and quantities of trees and shrubs planted depend on the number of new and renovated streets and road lanes;

- replacement of damaged or destroyed trees and shrubs in road lanes in the City;

c) ongoing care of green areas and ongoing maintenance of greenery in proper condition of about 74 986 m2 according to Annex 2 + at least 8 000 m2 of meadow "Protection of biodiversity", i.e.

- mowing and raking grass;

- mowing of grass and conservation of 100.0 m of the banks of the Strzyżynka River in the vicinity of the bridge facility in Warka at Łąkowa Street;
