The Contracting Authority invites tenderers to a competition with negotiations in connection with the project ‘Hagasvingen 15-17’. This is a pre-qualification.

The procurement is a turnkey contract with an option on an interaction phase prior to the start of the construction phase and the selected tenderer will work further on the basis of the present requirement specification.

New sheltered accommodations shall be established in Hagasvingen in Lørenskog kommune. The property is current developed with older sheltered accommodations that shall be demolished. The erection of temporary residences on the neighbouring property for residents will be part of this procurement. As such, selected tenderers will also be responsible for the erection and dismantling of these temporary residences.

The procurement will take place (through a pre-qualification and competition with negotiations), as an awarded turnkey contract with option on an integration phase.

Construction is set to start in 2016.

The objection of the integration phase is to be able to manage and interact further with the selected tenderer about solutions and cutting proposals. If the option on the interaction phase is released by the Contracting Authority or not, will depend on whether there is a need for such interaction after negotiations during the competition.

The result of the competition and any interaction phase shall be presented for political approval. The Contracting Authority is subject to political approval of the result of this process.
