The Lower Saxony Ministry of Economic Affairs, Transport, Building and Digitization (MW) supports companies, especially SMEs, in their innovation processes with the "State Initiative" instrument. The central task of the state initiative is to intensify cooperation between companies as well as universities and research institutions and thus make it easier for companies to access innovative technologies. This includes, in particular, initiating cooperations and innovation projects that aim to increase added value through new marketable products and/or improved production processes and to create and maintain jobs in Lower Saxony.
