The market consists of:

— the supply and delivery to the Municipality of Mont-Saint-Guibert of a self-propelled tool holder which must meet the technical description set out in this specification;

— a school for the use of the tool holder shall be provided to all members of the workers' team who will be required to use the self-propelled vehicle.
