The Ordering Party allows the possibility of submitting partial offers for individual full packages. Each package is a separate partial offer. Each contractor may submit an offer for any number of packages. The Contracting Authority does not allow the possibility of submitting variant offers. The contracting authority does not provide for the award of supplementary contracts.
