Monetra Oulu Oy contracting services shall request your offer for bulk furniture and services to its customers involved in the acquisition (hereinafter also referred to as “Subscribers”) in accordance with this Invitation to Tender and its Annexes.

The acquisition is divided into five (5) sub-tender groups as follows:

1. Kindergarten furniture

2. Office and lobby furniture and office chairs

3. Furniture for learning rooms

4. Care furniture

5. Phone booths & withdrawal modes

On the basis of the tenders received, a framework agreement is concluded on a group-by-group basis among the selected tenderers as described below in the invitation to tender.

The contracts cover the entire range of products of the selected group of the contracting partner so that all different needs of subscribers can be realized. The provider must have a comprehensive range of products from the offered group in its selection to safeguard the needs of subscribers.

The tender offer also questions about the subscriber's potential to acquire used furniture and the purchase of furniture in various ways (e.g. renting, acquiring a service, etc.). Some of these opportunities will be scored and compared as indicated below.

In addition, the tenderer is asked to indicate whether the product offered is the Swan Mark or the EU Ecolabel. The number of these products is scored and compared by group as indicated below.

Group 2 aims to conclude contracts for a comprehensive selection of office and lobby furniture and office chair in accordance with this invitation to tender and its annexes to safeguard the needs of subscribers.

Category 2 furnishings are also sourced for healthcare use, so the supplier selected in the group must have products and upholstery materials in its selection, designed and suitable for healthcare use as indicated below.

In Group 2. Office and lobby furniture and office chairs at selected suppliers must be

shop or permanent exhibition at least in the Oulu area where the subscriber can choose

Get acquainted with the products to be purchased and get expert advice on products

in selection/procurement. A store or permanent exhibition in Kajaani is scored and compared as reported below.

The POS 2.49th bidder is asked to price the demolition and removal of old furnishings upon delivery of the new furniture. More information in - Other information - Price and commercial terms - Deliveries.

In addition, a group 2 subscriber may have a need to acquire individual fixtures with a quick schedule. The tenderer shall indicate whether it is possible for the subscriber to obtain certain furnishings on a fast schedule as indicated below.
