Description:
Delivery of office furniture.

1. 1. The object of the order is the delivery of office and metal furniture. The subject of the order includes 3 tasks (partial bids):

1.1. task No 1 — office furniture for UM units in Lublin;

1.2. task No 2 — metal furniture for UM units in Lublin;

1.3. task No. 3 — office furniture for MCD.

2. A detailed description of the item of the order is contained in Annex 1 to SWZ — Price Form/Description of the item of the order.

This procedure shall be carried out in the unrestricted tender procedure referred to in Article 132 Pzp with a contract value equal to or exceeding the Union thresholds laid down pursuant to Article 3 of the Pzp Act.

The Contractor shall fulfil the order under the terms and conditions described in the proposed contract provisions constituting Annex No 4 to the SWZ.

Task No 1 — Office furniture for UM units in Lublin

The object of the order is the delivery of office furniture for UM units in Lublin. Requirements for the object of the order:

1. The Contracting Authority requires the offer of products with the same or not inferior parameters and quality standards as indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ — Price Form/Description of the object of the order and Annex 1a to the SWZ.

2. The Contracting Authority requires the offer of full-size, non-sample products not previously subject to exhibitions and presentations which originate in the current production, having lawful certificates and marketing certificates in the European Union, not encumbered rights of third parties or parties.

3. The Contractor undertakes to bring the object of the order to the specified room, unpack, mount, set, level the furnishings and provide for use to the final recipient.

4. Warranty on the subject of the contract — minimum 24 months, with the Contractor able to offer a longer warranty period, taking into account the provisions of Chapter XIX SIWZ. The guarantee period is one of the criteria for assessing tenders.

5. The conditions of the warranty for the subject of the contract must be no worse than the manufacturer's warranty.

6. The descriptions set out in Annex 1 to SWZ — Price Form/Description of the item of the order and Annex 1a to the SWZ state the minimum requirements for furniture equipment. The Contracting Authority requires that the color scheme and design of the furniture be adapted to the equipment in the use of the Ordering Party.

Furniture made under the order of the type of cabinet, cabinet, desks, social buildings, etc. require measurement by nature. Series-produced furniture, to which the Ordering Party has indicated in certain items the sample names of the products and their manufacturer (such as desks, containers, cabinets, armchairs, chairs, etc.), is intended to approximate the requirements of the Ordering Party. In addition, these furniture, as retrofitting of equipment in the use of the Ordering Party, should be an aesthetic whole.

The Ordering Authority requires that the furniture is possible to make:

— in a minimum of 12 colors for laminated furniture board,

— in a minimum of 5 designs for furniture handles,

— in a minimum of 8 to 12 colors of upholstery for seats and chairs.

The Contracting Authority will make a choice of coloring after signing the contract.

Measures of evidence in question:

9.1.1. for Task No 1 and No 2 — The Contracting Authority requires a catalog card to be attached to the offer for the item of the assortment from the price form (for furniture — chairs, office seats, cabinets, etc. indicated as an example) on which the piece of furniture will be presented. The catalog card must contain the item number of the range from the price form, the name of the furniture manufacturer, the name of the furniture manufacturer, the drawing or the picture of the proposed furniture (photo size to see details — optimally the size of the A5 photo), the dimensions and technical details of the furniture to verify whether the furniture offered meets the requirements of the SWZ.

Task No 2 — Metal furniture for UM units in Lublin

The object of the order is the delivery of metal furniture for UM units in Lublin. Requirements for the object of the order:

1. The Contracting Authority requires the offer of products with the same or not inferior parameters and quality standards as indicated in Annex 1 to SWZ — Price Form/Description of the object of the order.

2. The Contracting Authority requires the offer of full-size, non-sample products not previously subject to exhibitions and presentations which originate in the current production, having lawful certificates and marketing certificates in the European Union, not encumbered rights of third parties or parties.

3. The Contractor undertakes to bring the object of the order to the specified room, unpack, mount, set, level the furnishings and provide for use to the final recipient.

Measures of evidence in question:

for Task No 3 — the Contracting Authority requires attachment to the tender:

- a minimum of one separate catalogue card shall be submitted to each piece of furniture produced by serial, marked with the item number of the assortment from the price form on which the piece of furniture will be offered. The catalog card must contain the name of the furniture or the name of the furniture system used, the name of the furniture manufacturer, drawing or photo of the furniture offered (photo size to see details — optimally the size of the A5 photo), the dimensions and technical details of the furniture to verify whether the furniture offered meets the requirements of the SWZ,

— all certificates and certificates listed in the description of the subject of the contract, the submitted certificates should be issued by an independent assessment body. These documents are to be described in a way that does not give any doubt to what furniture or materials used in the manufacture of furniture are issued (the name shown on the award or certificate must be the name of the system or product in the presented catalogue, folder).
