The Norwegian Public Roads Administration shall construct a new national road 70 on the stretch Meisingset — Tingvoll in Tingvoll municipality.

This contract is for the lot between Håkkåssaga and Saghøgda (profile 14 600 — profile 18 380).

The contract mainly consists of the construction of approx. 3.8 km new national road and approx. 0.9 km foot/cycle path, the road's drainage systems and other consequential measures, the establishment of street lights along the foot/cycle path and alterations to and new establishments of municipal water and sewage installations at Saghøgda. Furthermore, a number of buildings/constructions along the lot shall be demolished and removed and an old private landfill site shall be cleared.

The contract also includes alterations to a number of exits, as well the construction of approx. 1.5 km access roads, service roads (class 3 or 7) and piles of logs.

Winter maintenance of public roads through the site area is also included in this contract.
