The NI Ambulance Service previously engaged Organisational Research in Health Ltd (ORH) to design and build a bespoke simulation model which replicates the key characteristics of the NI Ambulance Service and can be used to predict future behaviour and performance under a variety of different scenarios. The NI Ambulance Service now wish to further engage ORH to extend the modelling of the existing built simulation to aid and support the service regarding capacity reviews and potential reconfiguration of services.
