Dublin City University wishes to invite tenders from specialist manufacturing organisations with the ability to assist in the design, small batch (prototype) manufacture and feasibility study for mass manufacture of medical testing devices. The devices in question are designed be circular discs and will require manufacturing of ‘microwell’ Nanostructures (2,5 μm in diameter and 1 μm in depth) on gold electrodes that have been incorporated onto a PCB/PMMA base and be used as centrifugal platforms for microfluidic devices with electrical contact for impedance spectroscopy.
