Call for competition for the provision of Speech and Language Therapy Services for Slough Borough Council and Bracknell Forest Council Slough Borough Council and Bracknell Forest are seeking to commission speech and language therapy services through an open competition procurement procedure route. We are seeking providers who can demonstrate they are able to provide a Speech and language Therapy Services as outlined in the service specifications. They must also be able to meet the needs and outcomes as stated in the service user profile in order to meet their individual goals, within the available funding. The authority will qualify providers using the standard supplier selection questionnaires as stated in PCR 2015 appended as Document Nº 4. Only those providers deemed to have answered correctly to the questions listed will have their technical responses evaluated. The provider that submits the Most Economically Advantageous Tender in terms of improved outcome will be awarded this contract.
