It is the object of contracting the home help service within the framework of the basic social services of the City Council of Pineda de Mar, in accordance with the benefits and characteristics established in the Technical Specifications and in the regulations of the service.

Specifically, the benefits that are subject to contracting consist of:

— actions related to personal care,

— actions related to household cleaning.

The provision of this service involves direct benefits in favor of citizens and the requirements specified in article 312 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts (LCSP) will have to be met.
