The city of Gronau is using an open procedure to allocate its demand for school furniture to demand centers throughout the city and intends to conclude a framework contract for the supply and installation of school furniture.
The subject of the procurement procedure is the conclusion of a framework contract to cover the general demand for school furniture throughout the city of Gronau for a period of 4 years (currently 15 schools together).
To be offered are chairs, tables, cabinets, shelves of a school furniture system and panels. The orders depend on the needs of the respective schools. This can not be determined in advance at the time of the tender. In the course of the framework contract, the total contract value results from the delivery quantities listed in the specification of services, which, however, can be exceeded or fallen short of demand. The listed delivery quantities are more or less in line with the requirements of the past four years, taking into account possible requirements in the coming years. The supplier does not make any claims from the undershooting of the estimated order volume. If the estimated volume is exceeded, the prices of the framework contract nevertheless apply.
