Nettalliansen shall procure an integrated and efficient ICT system for the ICT needs of all participating companies and companies entitled to an option, except ICT needs that come under the stand-by regulations.

The system is expected to have standard performance based on the companies' daily needs for trade, support and administration systems, whilst temporary and lasting needs in addition to this are covered through the supplier's service catalogue.

A new joint ICT system shall mostly replace the participating companies' local servers and network components, including printers. The ICT system shall give a significantly simplified operational situation within ICT as regards the current systems, with the use of modern software within, amongst other things, office support and interaction.
