The framework agreement, henceforth referred to as the Agreement, shall cover the contracting authority's needs for services related to winter maintenance of municipal roads and some access roads to technical buildings in Ringsaker.

The winter maintenance will consist of snow clearing and gritting. The objective of the agreement is to keep municipal roads and some access roads to technical buildings in Ringsaker municipality safe and accessible during the winter months.

The tenderers themselves must have suitable equipment/tools/materials adapted to the assignment.

The municipality is divided into a total of 15 lots where the winter maintenance is to be performed. The roads consist of all types of municipal roads, including residential streets and pedestrian and bicycle paths as well as the above mentioned access roads.

It is possible to submit tenders for one or more lots, but the tenderer shall not give prices for more lots than he has the capacity for in relation to equipment and personnel.

The contract period is 2 years, with an option for 1+1 year extension. The option can be extended for one lot or several. The option takes effect automatically unless the contracting authority notifies in writing that the agreement shall not be extended, no later than 3 months before the expiration date.
