Description: The Employer reserves the right to change (+/-) up to 200 ha of the development area for each of the PUL projects during works, resulting from changes in the ownership of the forest inspectorate, which, however, will not affect the amount of remuneration.

Warsaw, 2011 ", constituting an attachment to the ordinance No. 55 of the General Director of State Forests of November 21, 2011 regarding the instructions for forest management, and management No. 83 of the General Director of State Forests of November 23, 2012 regarding the correction of the Forest Management Instructions,
- Classification of Polish forest soils (CILP 2000),
- guidelines and findings of the Plan Assumptions Commission, including agreement with the competent authorities referred to in art. 57 and 58 (of the Act of 3.10.2008), the scope and level of detail of information required in the forecast of environmental impact of the forest management plan,
- protocols of arrangements with the Director of RDSF or a person designated by him, the Forest Rector or a person appointed by him, after approval by the Director of RDSF.

As part of field work, at least:
220 basic typological habitat surfaces, including approx. 75% in the first place to identify local specific conditions throughout the forest inspectorate, the remaining 25% should be made after more accurate site identification (by mapping and auxiliary surfaces);
And
2150 auxiliary typological habitat areas.
Laboratory tests of physical and chemical properties of soils should be performed in a laboratory certified by the Polish Center for Accreditation.
Overview maps of the habitat range should be made on a scale of 1:25 000 - 2 sets of prints.
Required delivery times:
- Readiness to receive field works related to the implementation of approx. 75% of basic typological habitat areas in the forest inspectorate:
Until 1.7.2019;
- Readiness to receive field works related to habitat mapping and performance of 50% of auxiliary typological habitat areas:
Until 1/10/2019;
- Readiness to receive field works related to mapping of habitats and execution of 50% of auxiliary typological habitat areas, and the remaining 25% of basic typological habitat areas in the forest inspectorate:
Until 1.7.2020;
- Submission of the entire study to RDSF in Szczecinek:
Until 1.2.2021
