In the 1st construction phase, the following are to be carried out:

-Demolition of existing flat roof structures: approx. 1000 m2

-Addition of 2 pieces of StB stairwell cores

-Erection of a steel support grid: approx. 76 tons of steel

-Construction of sheet steel composite ceilings: approx. 1100 m2

-Erection of the steel structure of a roof technology center: approx. 7.5 tons of steel

In the 2nd construction phase, the following are to be carried out:

-Demolition of existing flat roof structures: approx. 1000 m2

-Addition of 2 pieces of StB stairwell cores

-Erection of a steel support grid: approx. 76 tons of steel

-Construction of sheet steel composite ceilings: approx. 1100 m2

-Single-storey extension consisting of StB floor slab, StB supports,

StB walls and StB roof ceiling with a floor area of approx. 175 m2
