Construction works consisting in the construction of a garage building for the needs of KTO Rosomak in the complex at 37 Żołnierza Street in Stargard.

1. The subject of the contract are construction works consisting in the construction of a garage building for the needs of KTO Rosomak in the complex at 37 Żołnierza Street in Stargard.

2. The subject of the contract has been divided into the following parts:

1) Part I - Construction of a trafo station and foundation of a power generator with power connection and connection of existing facilities of the complex. Demolition works.

2) Part II - Construction of the service building and garage building No. 1 along with land development. Tree felling, sapper works.

3) Part III - Construction of two garage buildings: No. 2 and No. 3.

The execution of the order involves access to classified information at the CONFIDENTIAL level.

In connection with the above, Contractors applying for the award of a contract pursuant to Article 54(1) and (2) of the Act of 05.08.2010 on the Protection of Classified Information (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 742) are obliged to protect classified information.
