Tampere's higher education community consists of the University of Tampere (Tampere Higher Education Foundation sr, TAU) and Tampere University of Applied Sciences (Tampere University of Applied Sciences Oy, TAMK). Facilities and real estate services deliver service to the entire college community and is responsible for facilities and properties and related services on all campuses of the college community.

The purpose of the acquisition is the framework facility for cleaning and cleanup of the premises and real estate services (the “Procurement Unit”).

Services to be acquired include cleaning and sanitation services, sanitation organisation and quality control services.

On the basis of the invitation to tender, up to five (5) framework contract suppliers are selected for the framework arrangement. On the basis of the framework arrangement, procurement shall be made for a maximum of EUR 13,600,000 (0% VAT).

The framework contract period is four (4) years. The framework agreement arises when both parties have signed a framework agreement. Contracts for individual service contracts may be shorter or longer than the framework contract period.
