The subject of the contract is the provision of towing and parking services for vehicles commissioned by KMP in Słupsk, organizational units of the KWP in Gdańsk and KGP units having their headquarters in the KWP in Gdańsk: (CBŚP, BSWP, CBZC), secured for procedural purposes in the area of operation of KMP Słupsk, using the rates contained in the contract.

All requirements set out in the documents indicated above constitute minimum requirements and their fulfilment is obligatory. Failure to comply with the minimum requirements will result in the rejection of the offer as incompatible with the terms of the contract pursuant to Article 226 (1) (5) of the Law Pzp.

The subject of the contract is not covered by the list of Annex 15 to the Act of 9 August 2019 (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 1751) on the mandatory split payment mechanism.

The contractor whose offer is selected as the most advantageous will be obliged to conclude an insurance contract with the insurance company in the scope of full material liability for the entrusted property, i.e. towed and parked vehicles (secured by the Police). The value of the third party liability insurance policy of the car park should be 10% of the contract value, but not less than PLN 100,000.
