The present tender concerns the renovation/merger of a number of apartments into 3 separate buildings in section 1627 Byhusene, located at Christiansfeldvej 4A and B, Olaf Ryes Vej 12 and Høppners Gård 8, 6100 Haderslev, for Haderslev Boligselskab.

The task for Catarinaheim includes the listed main building and surrounding buildings, which will undergo a renovation of the primary building envelope - as well as work inside, which in the future will ensure a better indoor climate in the homes in the main building.

The assignment for Olaf Ryes Vej includes works in two buildings built in 1923. The damage is repaired to the building envelopes of the two buildings - primarily roofs, masonry and plinths. Likewise, protection against rising ground moisture is carried out at the plinth and inner walls. Inside, 12 residential areas are being expanded.

The task for Høppnersgaard includes the furnishing of homes for family homes, which will be done by ordinary conversion and amalgamation of homes.

The present tender concerns the renovation/merger of a number of apartments into 3 separate buildings in section 1627 Byhusene, located at Christiansfeldvej 4A and B, Olaf Ryes Vej 12 and Høppners Gård 8, 6100 Haderslev, for Haderslev Boligselskab (hereinafter referred to as Developer).

The task for Catarinaheim includes the listed main building, which together with surrounding buildings will undergo a renovation of primarily building envelope - as well as works inside, which in the future will ensure a better indoor climate in the homes in the main building. The building envelope is renovated in the following way: Replacement of roofs, renovation of doors and windows, masonry is repaired and work is carried out to moisture-proof plinths/basements. In a number of homes, protection against rising ground moisture is carried out and ventilation systems must be established. Both supported and unsubsidized works are included in the renovation. Just as the Agency for Culture and Palaces provides support for some work.

The assignment for Olaf Ryes Vej includes works in two buildings built in 1923. The damage is repaired to the building envelopes of the two buildings – primarily roofs, masonry and plinths. Likewise, protection against rising ground moisture is carried out at the plinth and inner walls. Inside, 12 homes are expanding the area – so that the wasted space in hallways is added to the homes. The electrical installation is changed and ventilation is established. Both supported and unsubsidized works are included in the renovation.

The task for Høppnersgaard includes a building that was built in the mid-nineties as housing for citizens with special challenges – which conditions supervision and assistance in everyday life. Haderslev Municipality, which had primary right of way to assign the homes, has terminated the cooperation and a large part of the homes are now empty. The homes must therefore be furnished as family homes, e.g. with their own kitchen. This is done by ordinary redevelopment as well as the amalgamation of housing. Mainly subsidized works are involved in the conversion of the existing housing.

The assignment is offered as a main contract, where AB18 with the Client's changes and additions applies to the contractual relationship.

The work offered is described in more detail in the tender material.
