With this European restricted procedure, the contracting authority wishes to conclude an agreement with one (1) architectural firm for the construction of 2 Integrated Childcare Centers. The agreement will take effect on the date specified in paragraph 1.5 Planning under “Intended effective date of agreement”.

The agreement will have a duration up to and including the final delivery of the project.
