The Zwickau Gewandhaus was a theater and theater for years, is to be renovated and then continued to operate as such. The building is a historical monument.

- 115 profile cylinders for mechanical locking systems;

- 100 individual keys;

- 20 electronic cylinders including software and hardware;

- 100 transponders / key fobs.

Reconstruction and renovation of Gewandhaus Zwickau, lot 144 flooring (public area), including:

- 390 m 2nd Designer flooring (hall);

- 45.5 m 2nd Rubber covering (counter area);

- 360 m 2nd Carpet covering (foyer 1st / 2nd floor, TH platforms);

- 100 m carpet on stairs and risers;

- 525 m aluminum skirting board;

- 400 m stair nosing profiles.
