Entrustment of health surveillance activities pursuant to Legislative Decree no. 81/2008 and subsequent amendments, the CU State Understanding — Regions dated 30.10.2007 and the CU State — Regions provision dated 18.9.2008. Open Call Procedure No 119/2021.

Value excluding VAT 1 662 750.00 EUR, composed as follows:

(a) the alleged amount for the service subject to a decline of EUR 1 174 500.00;

(b) eventual extension of 6 months 195 750.00 EUR;

c) 20% extension option 234 900.00 EUR;

d) option for specialist assessments 57 600.00 EUR the security charges are zero. Since these are services of an intellectual nature, the activities contracted are not considered subject to the obligation referred to in art. 23, paragraph 16 of Legislative Decree no. 50/2016, as amended by art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 56/2017, with regard to the labour cost indication.
