Contract for the operation of Household Waste Sites, to be let by Ceredigion County Council.

This Contract Notice advertises a contract or contracts to operate three Household Waste Sites in Ceredigion.

It is envisaged that this will be a medium-term contract for the operation of the sites which will handle, treat and recycle domestic materials. The operation will include, but not be limited to, accepting, handling, sorting, bulking into containers, transportation to various recycling destinations and final disposal of the residual element.

The estimated tonnage to be handled on behalf of Ceredigion County Council is around 6,500 tonnes per annum.
