1. The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity between 01.01.2022r. and 31.12.2022r. to 3,066 points of consumption (PPE) with a total estimated volume (+/- 10%) of 76,869,34 MWh (basic order), of which:

1) For premises and facilities — tariff groups C, G, R (Part 1 of the order) — 25 457,74 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Annex 1a to SWZ

2) For premises and facilities — tariff group B (Part 2 of the order) — 27 811,41 MWh — detailed list of PPE is Annex 1b to SWZ

3) For road lighting purposes (Part 3 of the order) — 23 600,19 MWh — the detailed list of PPE is Annex 1c to SWZ

2. The forecast electricity consumption indicated above is indicative and may deviate from the amount of energy actually collected, during the duration of the contract. Reducing or increasing the amount of electricity does not entail any consequences for the contracting (customers), other than the need to pay for the amount of energy actually collected.

4. The above data is indicative. The Contractor should take into account possible fluctuations in electricity consumption at a level of +/ -10%).

5. The city of Bydgoszcz plans to make changes in terms of tariff groups. In Annex 1a to SWZ, the target tariff groups (C12a) are indicated in blue. The indicated facilities currently have tariff group C11, which (after the seller change procedure) will be changed to C12a. The Contracting Party shall inform the Contractor of the changes made.

6. Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, provided that the details of delivery times (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex 1a to SWZ column “Delivery period”.

7. The current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect on the day prior to the scheduled start date (“Supply Period” column). The obligation to terminate contracts is on the side of the contracting (recipients).

4. Deliveries will take place between 01.01.2022 and 31.12.2022, provided that the details of delivery dates (commencement and termination) for individual collection points are described in Annex No 1b to SWZ column “Delivery period”.

5. Measuring systems are tailored to the seller's change procedure.

6. Current electricity supply contracts will expire or terminate with effect from the day preceding the planned delivery start date (column "Delivery period"). The obligation to terminate the contracts lies with the contracting authorities (recipients).
