This opinion concerns a framework agreement with purchase orders for the supply of sacrificial anodes of various brands or equivalent for the benefit of the national navy units (zinc anodes, stainless steel, aluminum, etc.). It is part of a restricted tender procedure in accordance with the provisions of Articles L. 2324-2, L. 2325-1-1º and R. 2361-2 to R. 2361-6 and R. 2362-8 of public order code.

In application of articles R. 2372-19 to R. 2372-21 of the public order code, the framework agreement presenting significant technical risks will include a provisional part for orders for supplies.
