In response to a call for expressions of interest in December 2020, support platforms for professional transitions have been identified in ARA to promote the deployment of the Collective Transitons system and the development of professional retraining pathways in the territories. In particular, they have carried out actions in terms of information sharing, communication and animation. In line with these initial results, a ramp-up of these platforms is expected, with the development of an increased operational capacity allowing the linking of companies that have jobs at risk with companies offering jobs in promising professions. The objective is to develop these platforms towards a one-stop-shop role to which the company or employee can turn for any information or action in the context of professional mobility and retraining.
