The subject of the contract is a waste collection, transport and management service code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 produced at the Municipal Waste Disposal Facility, 8 Municipal Street, in Ostrołęce, in an estimated amount of approximately 3,000,00 Mg — fragmented fraction, over a period of 6 months.

The subject of the contract is a waste collection, transport and management service code 19 12 12 — other waste (including mixed substances and objects) from mechanical treatment of waste other than those listed in 19 12 11 produced at the Municipal Waste Disposal Facility, 8 Municipal Street, in Ostrołęce, in an estimated amount of approximately 3,000,00 Mg — fragmented fraction.

2. The waste under contract is a supersieve fraction (> 80 mm) of the so-called heavy fraction separated from the mechanical treatment of mixed municipal waste (code 20 03 01) on the sorting line after sorting out the recyclable and reusable material fractions, i.e. metal, glass, paper, plastics and multi-plant packaging. Shredded waste is subject to air and magnetic separation, containing a negligible amount of secondary raw materials.

3. The Ordering Party shall prepare for receipt the waste in pressed form, tied with steel wire and in cases of technologically justified (press failure) in a loose state. The dimensions of the bale of compressed waste are approximately 75 x 110 x 100 [cm]. The weight of a single pressed bale varies from 400 to 500 kg.

4. Waste transport will be carried out by a “movable floor” or “curtain” vehicle with the possibility of loading up to 24 Mg.

5. Estimated monthly amount of waste for lunch around 500 Mg.

6. The Contractor shall be obliged to collect the waste on the working days of the Establishment, i.e. Monday to Friday between 800 and 1,500 according to the procurement and arrangements with the Contracting Authority, in the quantity determined by the Contracting Authority each time and on the exact date fixed by the parties.

7. A detailed description and method of execution of the order shall include a description of the subject matter of the contract (OPZ), constituting Annex 5 to the SWZ.
