Mono-attribution Framework Agreement with Purchase Orders with Maximum Amounts.
Supply of bulk fuels for vehicles and machinery of the Departmental Road Park and operating centers of the departmentFramework agreement without minimum amount — maximum amount of EUR 2 500 000.00 excl. VAT per period the fuel quality criterion will be assessed against the following sub-criteria:
— for diesel oil: 10.5 points (sulphur content 3 points — water content 4.5 points —temperature limit of filterability winter 1.5 points — summer filterability limit temperature 1.5 points);
— for RNG: 10.5 points (sulphur content 3 points — water content 4.5 points — winter filterability limit temperature 1.5 points — summer filterability limit temperature 1.5 points);
— for Sp95 superfuel: 9 points (sulphur content 4.5 points — lead content 4.5 points) the price will be assessed against the indicative estimated detail, calculated on the basis of the unit price slip completed by the candidate, according to the economic conditions of week 29, i.e. Tuesday 20 July to Monday 26 July 2021.
