This contract relates to the transformation and development of the operating quarter of the André Renard clinic in Herstal. The clinic currently has 4 operating theaters (3 operating theatres plus a treatment room) in its operating room and plans, in addition to the construction of an additional room, the complete renovation of the 3 existing rooms, and partial renovation of the treatment room. The contract is divided into 4 work packages, the execution of which will have to be coordinated with other contracts for the supply of medical equipment, including its installation and commissioning, which are the subject of separate but closely related award procedures.
