The purpose of this consultation is to award a public contract for the performance of the following services: the collection, removal, transport and disposal of Waste from Infectious Risk Care Activities (Dasri) of the French Blood Establishment Hauts-De-France - Normandy (EFS HFNO) known as the "Producer" whose registered office is located at 20 Avenue Pierre Mauroy - Parc Eurasanté - 59373 LOOS. Waste with the property HP 9 "Infectious" within the meaning of Annex III to Directive 2008/98/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council of 19 November 2008 on waste and repealing certain Directives is defined as waste. This is mainly solid waste from the sampling and preparation rooms or from the various laboratories disposed of in drums or combined packaging, in accordance with the regulations in force concerning the storage and transport of Waste from Healthcare Activities with Infectious Risks
