The real estate management of the city of Bamberg is planning the renovation of the sports park in the Gaustadt district of Bamberg. The sports park, built in the 1970s, is in great need of renovation in the meantime, has some considerable defects and damage and no longer corresponds to the current state of the art in many areas.
On the one hand, the renovation is intended to ensure the preservation and long-term use of the sports facility, but on the other hand to increase its attractiveness.
A comprehensive structural and energetic renovation, the conversion to renewable energies and the barrier-free design of the facilities are planned.
The focus of the renovation is above all on the functional building with public toilet and the ticket office with storage and service wing as well as sanitary facilities and lounge.
The following sub-measures are envisaged:
Functional building
- Renewal and energetic upgrading of the building envelope with window fronts and doors
- Static and energetic upgrading of the supporting structure
- Renewal of the roof cladding
- Renewal of the heating system
- Installation of a central ventilation system
- Rehabilitation of the basic lines
The inner shell of the building has already been renovated.
Kassenhaus
- Renewal and energetic upgrading of the building envelope with window fronts and doors
- Renewal of the roof cladding
- Renewal of the sanitary facilities with the entire pipe routing
- Renewal of the heating system
- Renewal of the electrical installation
- Rehabilitation of the basic lines
It is a subsidised measure. (Federal funding programme "Renovation of municipal facilities in the field of sport, youth and culture")
The preliminary construction costs (KG 300 + 400) amount to € 2.15 million gross after an initial rough cost calculation.

The Client points out that, in accordance with § 7 HOAI, a higher or lower fee than the orientation values specified in the HOAI fee tables may be agreed. Unless agreed
, the respective basic fee rate shall be deemed to have been agreed for the basic services.

Ordered the basic services of the service phases 1 to 9
- Step-by-step commissioning, for the time being only level 1 with LPH 1 + 2
- including related special services

- Participation in funding procedures (level 1+2) and initial work where-used list (level 3+4)

The commissioning of the basic and special services is intended in accordance with the provision of funding and financial resources.
A legal claim to the commission, as well as the commissioning with further levels or special
Benefits, does not exist.
No planning services according to HOAI Objektplanung Gebäude und Innenräume have yet been provided.
It is assumed that the target finding phase is complete according to BGB.
