The object of the contract service to be awarded is the purchase and delivery of initially 3 so-called management units (hereinafter also referred to as MU) in a research project for the laboratories of the Chair of FAPS of the Friedrich-Alexander-University Erlangen-Nuremberg and the Institute for Power Electronic Systems (ELSYS) of the Technical University of Nuremberg on the site "Auf AEG" in Nuremberg with the option in 2024 after approval of the project sponsor two further devices to the same conditions.

The use of the MUs is part of the joint research project E| MPOWER and will initially serve as a voltage source for coil modules, which are being developed and researched within the project. In addition, the MUs are used for the metrological validation of loss models in the research project.

Towards the end of the project, the MUs must be delivered to the demonstrator route and reinstalled there. The demonstrator route will be located within the Federal Republic of Germany, the route will be provided by the Autobahn GmbH des Bundes. The route section will be determined by Autobahn GmbH in the course of the project.

A maximum budget of 803,250 euros is available for procurement, including any customs duties (these must be determined by the contractor in advance), duties and VAT.
