I. Object of the contract:
The subject of the contract is the supply of various and other medicines for the Zofia z Zamoyska Tarnowska Provincial Hospital in Tarnobrzeg, included in 56 packages.
II. Order description:
1. A detailed description of the subject of the contract is included in Annex 2 to the SWZ – Price form.
2.The trade names given in the SWZ price form are exemplary. The contracting authority allows for the possibility of submitting equivalent offers, i.e. equivalent pharmaceutical and therapeutical. 3.The rules for the implementation of the delivery in question are specified in the "Draft contract" constituting Annex 8 to the SWZ.
