The Norwegian Public Service Pension Fund, henceforth referred to as SPK, invites tenderers to participate in an open tender contest regarding the procurement of supplies and services for the technical infrastructure.

The intentions of entering into a framework agreement for procurements of technical infrastructure are several, but to ensure access to both products and services to the required extent, and when required, at competitive prices, are important.
