The subject of the order is the supply of new springs for the repair of rolling stock along with the quality certificate 3.1 or 3.2 (depending on the type of Springs) according to PN-EN 10204. Detailed requirements that must be met by Springs are included in Annex 1 to the Contract template (Annex 6 to the ToR)

For each assortment delivered, a declaration of compliance should be provided, a document issued by the product manufacturer or his authorized representative, constituting a legally binding promise stating the product's compliance with the essential requirements of the relevant European Union directives.

Required warranty period - minimum 24 months.
