As part of the eMind project, the municipality of Düren is looking for a service provider who can supply 20 publicly accessible charging facilities in the sense of LSV with two charging points (up to max. 44 kW) in public roads, installs them in a further step and to the power distribution grid of the local grid operator, the line partner GmbH.
The contractor sells the charging infrastructure to the city of Düren, installs it at a total of 20 public sites in the city of Düren in accordance with Appendix 1 site description.
In addition, the contractor is committed to operating the publicly accessible charging facilities with a total of 40 charging points at the specified locations by 31.07.2025. Thereafter, the contract is renewed for two years if it is not terminated. OPTION: In the event of a cost-neutral project time extension by the Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy, the contractor should build a maximum of ten additional public charging facilities (AC) by 31 July 2023 and operate it until 31 July 2025.
Hardware delivery

The charging infrastructure must meet LSV requirements.
installation
The contractor is to build the charging infrastructure at the 20 public sites (according to Annex 1 site description) by 31 July 2023 and connected to the power distribution grid of Leitungpartner GmbH. The grid connection is commissioned by the client at the network operator Leitungspartner GmbH and is carried out by the line partner. Furthermore, the installation of appropriate coll protection as well as parking space marking and signage according to LSV must be carried out by the contractor.
