2) The Contracting Authority divided the subject matter of the contract into 60 lots (packages from 1 to 60), as described in Chapter XXIII of the Terms of Reference.

3) The subject of the contract offered in the tender has all the necessary certificates, including declarations of conformity, complies with the standards in force in the European Union, meets the requirements set out in the Act of 7 April 2022 on medical devices and the marketing and use authorisation required by the overriding regulations.
