The subject of the contract is dairy products in 2022 (warehouses: in Grudziądz, Grupa, Chełmno and Brodnica).

Delivery (products with the same quality conditions, purpose of delivery, place of delivery) is one comprehensive whole, economic and financial considerations, logistics, method of implementation,

including the specificity of the contract justify the implementation as one – indivisible part.

The Contracting Authority shall not allow the submission of partial tenders as part of the procedure

for the award of a contract.

fromage cheese – 100 kg

be edamski pełnotłusty – 400 kg

be gouda pełnotłusty - 500 kg

sliced fatty processed cheese – 1.200 kg

smoked cheese - 100 kg

extra monoporous butter – 700 kg

6-assortment items with a total size: 3.000,00 kg

Deliveries of the subject of the order will take place successively in the period of approx. 5 months of 2022 (from 01.08.2022 - up to 31.12.2022) on the basis of submitted

during the term of the contract of orders on the terms and frequency resulting from the content of the concluded contract.
