The main objective of this call for tenders is

• Meet the needs per Participant for Mobile Voice and Data Communication Services and optionally meet the need for fixed telephony and fixed/mobile integration. Sub-objectives are:

• Reliable and qualitatively optimal availability of the services;

• Control and predictability of costs;

• Adequate security;

• Ease of use for End Users;

• Tracking and being able to have access to new developments and functionalities.

A statement of forecasted volumes and numbers on an annual basis of the participating organizations that participate can be found per participating organization in a separate tab in the Prize Sheet. The Price Sheet can be downloaded as a separate attachment.

The maximum contract value for the Contract is 2.5 times the estimated total contract value of 10 million: 25 million.
