1. The subject of the Contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on the J line in Rumia, Reda and Wejherowo, by three low-floor city buses, according to the timetables constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract.
2. A detailed description of the subject matter of the Order is set out in Annex 1 to the SWZ.

The subject of the Contract is the provision of services in the field of public transport (regular transport as part of local public transport, i.e. public transport) on the J line in Rumia, Reda and Wejherowo, by three low-floor city buses, according to the timetables constituting Appendix No. 1 to the Description of the Subject of the Contract. The order includes the following brigades:
• J/1, J/2, J/3, J/4 – on weekdays from Monday to Friday, by three buses,
• J/1, J/2 – on Saturdays (except holidays), by two buses,
• J/1, J/2 – on Sundays and holidays, by two buses.
2. Estimated number of vehicle-kilometers during the Order period: 682,478.
3. Completion date: 1 April 2024 – 31 December 2026
4. The provision of services is to be carried out by three low-floor city buses, such as:
• PN – length from 17.50 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) and technical and operational parameters specified in the OPZ.
5. The Ordering Party allows the provision of services:
• by the last day of the calendar month in which the 90th day from the date of signing the agreement falls,
• in relation to no more than 5% of the lometers-trolleys planned for a given calendar month – in the following months,
reserve vehicles, i.e. low-floor city buses of the following types:
• PN – length from 17.50 m,
satisfying (strictly required by the Ordering Party):
• conditions specified in the Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure of 31 December 2002 on the technical conditions of vehicles and the scope of their necessary equipment (consolidated text, Journal of Laws of 2016, item 2022, as amended) and technical and utility parameters specified in the OPZ.
