The contract concerns the management services (where required) and the integrated maintenance services of infrastructures (buildings and buildings) and airport facilities of the “Antonio Canova” Airport of Treviso (Facility and Building Management), according to the methods and terms provided for in the contract, the General Specifications and the Special Specifications.

In particular, the contract includes the following activities:

i) Operational management and management services

ii) Maintenance services for plant, real estate and infrastructure assets

iii) Maintenance engineering services

iv) Technical-economic feasibility studies and preliminary design of plants and infrastructures

v) Proposals for improvement and energy efficiency

vi) Energy diagnosis

vii) Updating the technical registry

viii) Management of documentation in support of the plants/infrastructures

ix) Management of guarantees after the end of works performed by third parties

x) optional supplies and works
