The subject of the contract is the supply of electricity and the provision of electricity distribution services – a comprehensive service to the facilities of border crossings in the Lublin Voivodeship. The supply of electricity and the provision of distribution services will take place on the basis of the provisions of the Act of 10 April 1997. Energy Law (Journal of Laws of 2022, item 1385, as amended) and in accordance with the applicable regulations to the above-mentioned Act. The contract was divided into 9 lots.
