Description:

South Yorkshire Fire & Rescue is consolidating it’s Facilities Management provision into two integrated packages (hard and soft FM).

The contracts will be packaged into 2 lots comprising of:

— “hard” services - such as mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance services, access control, BMS, and CCTV,

— “soft” services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance.

Both of the above lots may be combined.


Hard FM

“hard” services - such as mechanical and electrical engineering maintenance services, access control, BMS, and CCTV;


Soft FM

“soft” services such as cleaning, waste management, pest control, and grounds maintenance.


Hard and Soft Lots Combined

Both lots comprising of:
